Berry joined Tanker Pacific in 1992 with over 8 years experience as Marine Chief Engineer and Technical Superintendent in charge of Oil Tankers. During his tenure with the organization he executed several specialized offshore conversions as Project Manager such as the Company’s first vessel Jumboization and the first FPSO conversion. He is directly responsible for TPOT’s strategic planning and for all offshore projects from commercial and technical bid submission stage through to project’s execution and final acceptance by the Clients. He brings his comprehensive operational and project experience to his role of leading the integrated project execution and operation functions under the TPOT umbrella.
Vineet has been with the organisation since 1999 and has been appointed as Director in TPOT in 2011. He has
over 25 years of experience in marine and oil & gas industry. He has shaped the TPOT operations group
since the inception and is presently responsible for TPOTs global operations. Vineet plays a vital role in
strategic planning, evaluation of bids, project operations interface and setting up of new operations.
Vineet is a graduate from the Wharton-SMU General Management program and holds a Masters in Business Adminstration
from University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
KT led the organization into the offshore market in 1990 and is responsible for Sales & Marketing. He has over 20 years of experience in the offshore oil industry, including shipyard construction and port management.
Ian Chesnaye has been appointed General Manager of the Commercial group within TPOT and
is responsible for all bidding and commercial functions within the offshore division.
Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive and diverse experience within the marine and oil & gas sectors. Before joining TPOT,
he was engaged in the capacity of Senior Vice President of the bids and Commercial group within Prosafe Production Services
responsible for three key divisions namely; Contract (and legal) support, Procurement and Bidding. Prior to this,
he spent 10 years based in Singapore with an international consultancy dealing with project controls, contract management
and dispute resolution for a variety of highly reputable clients.
